1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YVONNE-S.COM, you agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the website.

Access to the website is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Viewing the website allows customers to obtain information about products and purchase them online.

2. Product Information and Images

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Slight differences in color or detail may occur due to device settings or photography.

All content, images, and designs are the property of MISSMAY SARL. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Product Availability

Products displayed on the website reflect current stock availability by size and color. YVONNE-S.COM guarantees the authenticity of all products.

After an order is placed, the company reserves the right to verify stock availability, validate the transaction, and review previous purchases. Customers will be informed promptly if an item is unavailable or an order cannot be processed.

4. Prices and Currency

All prices are in Euro (€). Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.

5. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

  • Orders will be processed only from verified accounts or valid payment methods.
  • The billing and delivery information must match the payment account.
  • YVONNE-S.COM reserves the right to verify transactions with the issuing bank or payment provider, which may delay shipment.

These measures protect customers and the brand from unauthorized transactions or fraud.

Shipping and Taxes

  • Shipping is provided via DHL, UPS, and La Poste.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout.
  • All product prices include European VAT (Value Added Tax) for shipments within the EU.
  • For orders shipped outside the European Union, all import duties, customs taxes, and local charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Taxes and duties for shipments outside the EU are not included in the product prices or shipping fees.
  • Packages refused due to unpaid import duties or taxes may result in deduction of shipping and return costs from any store credit issued.
  • YVONNE-S.COM is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures, carriers, or events beyond its control, including force majeure.

7. Delivery Times

Orders with available items are generally shipped within five business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping may be delayed during sales or promotional periods.

YVONNE-S.COM is not responsible for delays due to bank verification, customs, or force majeure events.

8. Returns and Store Credit

All returns are eligible for store credit only. No cash refunds are issued.

  • Return requests must be sent to shop@yvonne-s.com
  • Return shipping, including customs or import fees, is the customer’s responsibility
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging

Return Options

  1. Size/Color Exchange – Replace an item with a different size or color, depending on stock availability
  2. Store Credit Voucher – Issued after return processing
    • Valid for 90 days
    • Must be used in a single order of equal or greater value
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another payment method

Final Sale / Archive Items

Items marked as Final Sale or sold from archives:

  • Cannot be returned
  • Cannot receive store credit
  • Are final sales

9. EU Withdrawal Right

For orders shipped within the EU, customers may cancel within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Liability

YVONNE-S.COM is not liable for indirect damages related to product use or purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for import duties, customs, and local taxes
  • The brand is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure

11. Anti-Fraud / Chargeback Protection

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges:

  • Unauthorized returns or disputes may result in account suspension
  • Disputes with PayPal or credit card providers will be challenged if store credit and order proof are provided
  • Attempts to claim refunds contrary to the store credit policy may be considered fraudulent

This clause ensures compliance with payment provider policies and protects the brand from chargeback abuse.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
