Discount code

Delivery and Taxes

SHOP.YVONNE-S.COM ships worldwide with DHL and LA POSTE services. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages destined for countries outside the European Union contain an invoice displaying the value of the goods. All direct shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required in customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice which displays the value of each item. Taxes are not included for countries outside the European Union.

Delivery delay

SHOP.YVONNE-S.COM ships worldwide with DHL and LA POSTE services. Available items will be dispatched within the first five business days (Monday - Friday) from the order date. Shipping delays may occur during sales and promotion periods. We would like to remind new customers that SHOP.YVONNE-S.COM may request that transactions be verified by Paypal who will contact the issuing bank of the credit card used so that the Customer's data can be confirmed. This control could cause a delay of a few days for the shipment of the order. Returns

Reimbursements will only be made by credit note. If the Customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, for any reason, unworn items may be returned for an exchange, a credit note within 30 days of the delivery date. Attention: All our articles from our archives are listed at a special price. Therefore, they will not be refunded, returned or exchanged.

1. To request the authorization to return an item, it is necessary to send an email to shop@yvonne-s.com.
2. Return costs (import and customs fees included) are the responsibility of the buyer.
   
3. Two return options are available:
   

   Size Exchange. It is possible to make a change only to choose another size or another color of the same item, depending on available stocks. The new item can be returned using the same return procedure.

   The Voucher. As soon as your return is processed, you will receive a code that gives you the total value of the returned items. The code can be used for future orders on the SHOP.YVONNE-S.COM website.

Voucher information:

• cannot be combined with other vouchers
• must be used at once for an order of equal or greater value

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.

14-day reflection period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Terms and conditions

• Tags and security threads must be intact and attached to returned items (not cut or tampered with). Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and must not show any signs of any kind.
• Each product must be returned with its tags, original packaging and any accessories (protective bags, hangers, garment bags, etc.) received with the order.
• Shoes and accessories must be returned without any traces and in their original undamaged and unused box, as the only outer packaging, as this is considered an integral part of the product.
• Items must be returned in the original SHOP.YVONNE-S.COM box.
• If the goods turn out to be defective or damaged, or if errors in shipments have been made by SHOP.YVONNE-S.COM, the Customer is asked to follow the instructions given above. SHOP.YVONNE-S.COM reserves the right to request photographs of products said to be defective before authorizing their return in order to make a full refund of delivery costs and import taxes.
• Lingerie and swimwear (briefs, boxers, briefs, bikini bottoms, etc.) should be tried on over underwear, taking care not to remove the protective tape. Returns cannot be accepted if this band has been removed or if the items are stained. These will then be returned to the customer.
